High Temperature Complex Shape Insulating Light Weight High Alumina Brick Refractory Firebrick
High Temperature Complex Shape Insulating Light Weight High Alumina Brick Refractory Firebrick refractory brick is an ideal insulating refractory refractory material, with advantages of high strength, low thermal conductivity, good insulation property and low price. For various industrial kilns & furnaces, it is a kind of essential refractory for energy saving and temperature preservation.
High Temperature Complex Shape Insulating Light Weight High Alumina Brick Refractory Firebrick is also called high alumina insulating brick. It contains more than 48% Al2O3 and mainly consists of mullite and glass phase or corundum. High Temperature Complex Shape Insulating Light Weight High Alumina Brick Refractory Firebrick is usually made of high bauxite and a small amount of clay. After the raw materials are grounded, it is made into mud. Then it is cast and molded and fired at 1300~1500℃. Sometimes industrial alumimum is used to replace bauxite. Inorganic matter is added as ignition loss substance in order to increase the porosity of the refractory.
High Temperature Complex Shape Insulating Light Weight High Alumina Brick Refractory Firebrick can be divided into three process: Raw material, molding, burning.Generally, refractory brick was molded by dry pressing. By means of mixing the material uniformity in proportion and aging mixture some time. Then, pour some powders into the module and dry pressing. After dry pressing, the adobe need to pushed in the drying kiln to stoving or stay in the air to drying. This progress will need about 3-5 days. After this progress, then push the adobe into the tunnel furnace or shuttle kiln to burning around 1300C. This progress will be need about 5-7 days.
After burning, High Temperature Complex Shape Insulating Light Weight High Alumina Brick Refractory Firebrick will be packed in pallet and leave the factory.
